My Story…
As a single mom, everything I do is for my daughter. Being able to give her love, support, stability, and the opportunity to learn and dream is something I never take for granted. It also reminds me that every child deserves those same opportunities, no matter their circumstances.
That’s why I chose to support the Homeless Children’s Education Fund while taking on another half marathon. If these miles can mean something bigger than crossing a finish line, if they can help a child feel supported, encouraged, and given a better opportunity for their future then every mile is worth it.
I’m running for my daughter, but I’m also running for the children who deserve someone in their corner. Every donation, big or small, means so much. 🤍

Donate to help raise money for Homeless Children's Education Fund (HCEF) during Marathon Weekend. Your donation helps students break the cycle of homelessness through educational achievement. HCEF provides programming for students in kindergarten to age 24. Programming includes afterschool, tutoring support, social and emotional regulation, college and career prep, as well as enrichment, emergency funding and educational grants.
