My Story…
This year, I’m running the Pittsburgh Marathon alongside my friend Hannah in memory of her mom, Meredith “Meri” Price. Meri was a teacher for more than 30 years and cared deeply about education, reading, and helping young people reach their potential.
We’re running in Meri’s memory and raising money for Reading Is Fundamental Pittsburgh, an organization that provides books and literacy opportunities to children throughout the Pittsburgh community. Running alongside Hannah to honor Meri and support a cause so closely connected to her life and values makes this race especially meaningful.
