The Immigration Project endeavors to provide access to justice for immigrants and their families through immigration-related legal and educational services to immigrants, refugees, their families and others in downstate Illinois, in a manner and context which recognizes the full dignity of each individual.

For more than 30 years, The Immigration Project has worked to ensure that immigrants and their families across downstate Illinois have access to justice, opportunity, and a chance to build a secure future.
Our team provides affordable, high quality, immigration legal and social services to immigrants across 86 counties. Each year, we help more than 1,500 people navigate complex immigration challenges, from families seeking safety and stability to children seeking protection and individuals working to build a future in the communities they call home. Through our regional model, we bring legal and social services directly to the communities that need them.
