My Story…

This is my 5th time participating in Point to La Pointe, its a  2.1 mile swim from Bayfield to Madeline Island in Lake Superior and this year I am fundraising. It is a magical experience swimming in this beautiful crystal clear lake to support Bayfield's swim programs and rec center. As most of you know I love to swim, usually in pools, this swim challenges me in many ways, it is chilly, it is in open water with waves, currents, fish, and 670 fellow competitors. Thanks for supporting my effort and recreational swimmers in this beautiful part of our state!
