Our story…
Pearl’s story is one of hope, redemption, and second chances. Found wandering in the desert, still lactating with no puppies in sight, she was brought to the Pima County shelter before One Love AZ saw something special in her.
Pearl became part of the very first graduating class of the Paws of Redemption prison training program, where she flourished and eventually found her forever home with us. Today, as the Shelter Dog Dash mascot, she’s a reminder that every dog deserves the chance to be seen, loved, and given the opportunity to shine.
