Protect your registration.  Request for refund must be within 96 hours of the event and can only be used for refund on initial registration amount.  The Woodlands Marathon Management will provide you with a refund on any unused race entry if you are unable to attend the booked event due to any circumstance with exception to the following: Adverse weather where the Police services or other Government agency have issued warnings in the production of the event.  We will not pay for traveling or associated expenses or any loss other than the purchase price of the booked event. 100% fee (minus insurance fee and processing fees) by Dec 31st.  75% (minus insurance fee and processing fees) by January 31st.  50% (minus insurance fee and processing fees) by February 25th.   The refund insurance fee plus processing fees will not be refunded.   Refund Insurance must be purchased at time of registration.
