The Volcanic Epic training plans are now available for purchase. Team CP has been our training partner since 2018. The head coach and author of our training plans, Richard Greer, has a wealth of experience with the MTB stage racing. Training plans for the 2 & 5 day events are available for $50. That's just $2 per week! You do not need to have a heart rate monitor or power meter.
