There will be 3 levels of training program for each event – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. In January you will be able to access all levels and decide which is appropriate for you. When you access the programs, you will also be given contact information for the Coaches and can consult them if you need help deciding which program you should follow. (Programs start Feb. 2, 2026)
