Do you like checking things off? Do you like following a plan on your phone? Do you like being able to see data graphed on your computer? Purchase the YWCA Women’s Tri Beginner Training Plan. You’ll need pool access and the ability to stationary bike indoors.  We also offer a free 10 week beginner training plan as a downloadable PDF on our website. There are two key differences between the free version and the paid beginner plan. 1. The paid plan is on the Training Peaks app. 2. This paid plan is 14 weeks and includes and indoor training phase. The free plan starts in June with all outdoor training. This price is only available during registration. Full price will be available independent of race registration.  The plan starts May 4th. You will be emailed a link to get started with Training Peaks in April. Look for this email!
