Are you ready for more? This is not your first rodeo? This plan is designed for people who have followed a training plan before. Weekly training time starts with 9 workouts for a total of 4 hours and goes up to 8 hours. You’ll need pool access and the ability to stationary bike indoors. You’ll be able to follow the plan on your phone and see data on your computer. We do provide a free 10 week basic beginner training plan as a downloadable PDF. The first week is four workouts for a total of 2 hours of training. The longest week is 5 workouts for a total of 5 hours of training. This price is only available during registration. Full price will be available independent of race registration.  The plan starts April 6th, you will be emailed a link to get started with Training Peaks in early March.
