Across the Lake Swim Coaching: Level 1 - Beginner to Intermediate

Level 1 is built for swimmers who want structure, clarity, and calm in open water. You get four focused lessons in a small group of three, so the coach can actually watch what you're doing and correct it in real time. The sessions run at least an hour, and the pace is steady and manageable. If you're still finding your rhythm in open water, this gives you a simple path to real progress without being overwhelmed.
