Across the Lake Swim Coaching: Level 2 - Intermediate to Advanced

Level 2 is for swimmers who already move well in open water but want sharper technique and faster, more efficient strokes. You get everything from Level 1, but with video analysis added in. You'll see your stroke before and after, which forces you to face what's actually happening and gives you a direct way to fix it. With a small group size and focused one-hour sessions, this is for swimmers who want measurable improvement, not vague feedback.
