NOTE: This is for GUESTS tickets only. Dinner tickets for racers are included with your race entry. DETAILS: We're bringing in three amazing food trucks for the post race meal that's included with your race entry (served from 3-6pm). Every racer can choose from the 12 meals below and we have options for those with dietary restrictions too. Selections must be made by September 10th. TRUCK #1 - Greek 'n Go Food Truck: Enjoy our pita wraps filled with either tender, juicy chicken or crispy falafel. Each wrap is made with soft, warm pita bread and topped with creamy tzatziki or hummus for vegans. We add fresh ripe tomatoes, white onions, for a burst of flavour. Or for meat lovers, choose the succulent lamb and beef Gyro wrap. You can choose a side of our tangy Greek salad or crispy fries to complete your meal. TRUCK #2 - The Dragon Bowl: Serving delicious and nutritious brown rice bowls featuring shredded kale, grated carrots and beets, toasted pumpkin and sesame seeds - all brought together with a decadent homemade dressing (tamari, tahini, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and nutritional yeast making the dressing creamy, but dairy free). Each Dragon Bowl comes with double chicken or double tofu. TRUCK #3 – Phat Parrot: Gourmet burgers topped with melted cheese, crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, onions, pickles, and mayo on a soft brioche bun. Served with a side of golden fries. For a lighter option, choose a fresh lettuce wrap. Any burger can also be made with a flavourful vegan patty.
