Row & Run for DREAAM Driven to Reach Excellence & Academic Achievement for Males

Sponsored by OrangeTheory Fitness, this race weekend “competition” has two feats that you’ll complete at the EXPO: 3 minutes of rowing on an air rowing machine and 1 minute of ab rotations with a slam ball. Based on your “scores” on the rower and slam ball, your race finish time will be lowered and you’ll compete for bonus awards (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) with your adjusted time in the marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K, in these divisions: open male/female, masters male/female, and grand masters male/female. All the money will be donated to DREAAM (Driven to Reach Excellence and Academic Achievement for Males).
