We provide a free 12 week basic beginner training plan as a downloadable PDF. The first week is four workouts for a total of 2 hours of training. The longest week is 5 workouts for a total of 5 hours of training.  Are you ready for more? We are now offering a 20 week intermediate training plan through the app Training Peaks. Have a training plan on your phone and track your progress! This plan is designed for people who have followed a training plan before. Weekly training time starts with 9 workouts for a total of 4 hours and goes up to 8 hours. You’ll need pool access and the ability to stationary bike indoors.  This price is only available during registration. Full price will be available independent of race registration.  The plan starts March 31st, you will be emailed a link to get started with Training Peaks in early March.
