Update my "TRYathlete Pack Courier Option"

To update your TRYathlete Pack Option, purchase your new option and contact the customer service team at tryathlon@sanitarium.co.nz to refund your old selection (if required).

• Pack Pick Up: Pick up your TRY pack for free on the event morning or in the week leading up to the event. Details on early pack pick up will be emailed to you closer to the event day.
• School Group Courier: If you are part of a School Group, check the list above to see if your School Group is offering school deliveries. If your School is not on the above list, it does not offer school delivery.
• Metro Address: If you live in a metro area, please select the Metro Address option.
• Rural Address: If you live in a rural area, please select the Rural Address option to avoid any delays in getting your TRY pack to you.
• Additional Child: If this entry is for a second+ child in this transaction, please select this option. Do not select this option for the first child in the transaction as it will cause delays in getting your pack sent to you.
