Race Day Event Cancellation Policy

Price is inclusive of the cost of the item, mandatory charges and fees

RACE DAY EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY For $15, you can insure yourself against the Event being cancelled due to storm, rain, inclement weather, any pandemic or communicable disease, winds or other “Act of God” conditions.If the race is cancelled due to these conditions (in the interest of competitor safety), you will be entitled to a refund of your entry fee. No additional fees or costs associated with participation in the event are covered by the Event Insurance Levy. For you to be eligible for this refund, you must pay for this additional service AT THE TIME of entry into the event. It CANNOT be purchased retrospectively. Elite Energy reserve the right to alter the format of, or to shorten the event in the interest of competitor safety. This is not covered by the Event Insurance Levy, as the race has not actually been cancelled. This policy does NOT cover you for withdrawal due to injury or illness.
