- Regular online registration closes at 1:00 pm on Friday, November 24, 2023.
- Multi-time volunteers at past PIH Thetis Lake series races may also be eligible for a discount at the discretion of the race director.
- Current PIH club members are entitled to a $10 discount on advance entry fees. If you paid for your membership using Race Roster you can enter your assigned membership number, which can be looked up HERE. If you paid via another method, have a lifetime membership, or otherwise have difficulties please contact Gary for an alternate discount method. You can join the club as part of the registration process and get the discount.

Saturday, November 25, 2023. The race starts at 1:00 pm Sharp.
Location
Thetis Lake Park, Victoria, BC. Start and finish near main beach.
Park in the main lot at the end of Six Mile Road, or cycle the Galloping Goose trail and park at the beach.
Gunner Shaw Cross Country Classic
The race starts at 1:00 pm and is usually held on the fourth Saturday in November, which for 2023 is the 25th.
The course is approximately 10 Kilometres with some rough, hilly and mucky sections. You, or at least your feet, will get wet. Please be prepared and bring a dry, warm change of clothes.
This cross country event is sanctioned by BC Athletics.

Amenities
Washrooms, change rooms, picnic tables and port-a-potties at the Start/Finish area. Area for team tents.
Refreshments including hot chocolate, hot dogs, fruit, sweets & salty snacks graciously donated by the local Quality Foods – Eagle Creek Village.
Six Mile pub just down the road.
