So let’s join together this New Year’s Eve and welcome them both by running the resolution 5k. Leave last year’s regrets behind on your way out. On your way back think of next years resolutions. After all, a year that literally begins running can only go well. If you are conflicted, because you had that great new year’s outfit…go ahead, wear it on the trail, we won’t stop you!
