Team Management Profile
Understanding work preferences is a critical component in developing individual, team, and organizational performance. The personal Team Management Profile (TMP) provides constructive, work-based information outlining an individual's work preferences, based on the Team Management Wheel, and the strengths that an individual brings to a team.
Types of Work Profile
Whether designing a new job or restructuring an existing one, the critical activities which the job holder will have to perform must be identified. The Types of Work Profile Questionnaire (TWPQ), a 64-item individual or multi-rater assessment, has been designed to determine those areas of activity, as defined by Team Management Systems' Types of Work Model, which are critical to success in a particular job.
Team Performance Profile
For high performance in teams, ongoing assessment is a requirement. A 54-item multi- rater instrument that focuses on gathering data about a team's performance in the nine key functions differentiating high performing teams.
Linking Skills Profile
Accreditation is available as a follow up on-line learning module. The Linking Skills Profile is a multi rater instrument focusing on enhancing the 13 skills associated with Linking.

Cancellation Policy
Intent
TMS Americas is committed to providing an excellent learning experience with any of our workshops. The intent of our cancellation policy is to encourage participants to seriously consider the commitment they are making to their learning experience while at the same time providing TMS Americas the ability to plan our sessions well and be fair to the suppliers (and ourselves) that we may use for our workshops.
Policy
Cancellations made less than 45 days prior to the workshop will be charged 50% of the registration fee. 25% of this amount can be applied to a future workshop (if scheduled) within the 6-month period, following cancellation (excluding Early Bird registrants). Cancellations made 10 days or less prior to the workshop are charged full price. Participant substitutions can occur up to 10 days prior to the accreditation workshop with no penalty. Substitutions made less than 10 days prior to the workshop are subject to a $250.00 administration charge.
TMS Americas reserves the right to cancel a workshop without consequences up to 45 days prior to the session start date. If this occurs a full refund will be provided to participants.
