Grab your friends, create a team, or tackle this challenge all on your own! Whether its for bragging rights, fitness or just fun in the mud, this 5K Obstacle Run is for you!
Exhilarating and challenging, the 1st Annual Grapes of Wrath 5K Obstacle Run is set to eclipse the usual cookie-cutter fundraiser. Designed by hard-core runners, the course will send you splashing through ditches and ponds, over mud and sand, and even some grapes as you overcome our unique obstacles, all in the name of a good cause and great health. For runners, joggers and walkers, this will be a roller coaster ride of excitement, camaraderie and physical and mental toughness that tests their strength, stamina and sense of fun.
The inaugural Grapes of Wrath in Windsor-Essex will be held on Saturday, October 26 on the grounds of Sprucewood Shores Estate Winery. The event is a natural complement to our mission: promoting health, celebrating life and dedicated to changing cancer forever.

Go as a Team or as an Invididual
Teams will be randomly assigned a heat and will race together. Heats will go off between 10am – 2pm every 15 minutes with timed heats first.

Included in your Registration Fee: T-shirt*, 1 glass of wine or beer after the event, post event food, Dog Tag style medal upon completion, Sponsor Surprises and gifts, Entertainment and BRAGGING RIGHTS.
