Additional details

The Run for the Goal Line is produced by Goal Line Run LLC in partnership with R L Carriers New Orleans Bowl and the Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation.

The inaugural event showcases the excitement of football in our historic city, the best the CBD (Central Business District), warehouse District and French Quarter have to offer. And most significantly it features the Mercedes-Benz Superdome prior to a bowl game voted one of the best in the country by fans, players and team staff.

The production team of race directors comprises Daniel Bourgeois, Glenn Landrum and Craig Sweeney. Together these guys bring over 60 years of event experience to the Run for the Goal Line. Most recent and notable projects team members participated in producing are The Louisiana Marathon and The Great Huey P. Long Bridge Run.
