Monster Dash Toronto is back after an amazing inaugural year! A family friendly event at Holland Bloorview Kid’s Rehabilitation Hospital and neighbouring Sunnybrook Park; The Monster Dash 2013 consists of a Spooky Mile, 5km & 10km run / walk. Bring your friends & family, walk your child down the Spooky Mile for some trick or treating and then finish with your own cheering squad at the end of your run! Join in the Halloween theme and come “dressed for costume success” to win top Ghoul for a chance at additional prizing! The Spooky Mile will be restricted to participants who are 12 and under. Spooky Mile kids will receive finisher's ribbons, a swag bag and are welcome to join in on the post-run fun later in the evening!

Post - Event Ticket

Registered Runners tell all your friends and family that we have added a Meal Plan to our race registration page so that everyone can join in on the festivities. For only $15 spectators & parents can purchase a meal plan and no one will have to cook Sunday night. Your ticket includes a beer from Mill St. Brewery, pizza from Dominos, fruit from Longos and more!

Reminder Runners, this is ALL included in your registration, so spread the word.

Costumes are not only welcome but encouraged for fun AND prizing!

Please note: We cannot accommodate runners who arrive late. Start times will not be delayed.

Monster Dash wouldn't be complete without a costume contest. If you're up for the challenge come on down in your best Halloween costume for the run...while not mandatory it's sure to make it fun for everyone!
