Join us for the Jack chases Jill 10 Miler where the women start before the men and the first one across the finish line wins!! What do they win??? Well to start with bragging rights for a YEAR!! Plus the Pail of Honour. The Pail will be engraved with the winners name and be on display for an entire year at Tri & Run Sports. The winner will receive a commemorative pail for their trophy case.
What else you ask? How about $500 in prize money to the first solo man or woman across the finish line.

Washrooms will be available at George Street, on the Pier and at Zwick's Park. There will be NO porta poties on the course.

Buy Your Speed
Everyone is always looking for a way to get faster with little or no effort. Want to buy some speed? Register early and your name will be entered into a draw to earn some time savings. If you win a time block, that time will be given to you as a head start. There will be two lucky winners for each time frame.
Register by April 7 for the potential to win a 1:00 head start. **Winner of draw-Heather Giffin**

First solo** person across the finish line, man or woman wins the "Pail of Honour" Trophy and the $500 prize purse. The "Pail of Honour" will be engraved with the winners name and put on display at Tri & Run Sports for the year while the winner gets a special medal for their trophy case.
Awards to the fastest woman, fastest man and fastest team.
All finishers get a custom medal.
