Every day, staff and volunteers at United Ways Centraides are hard at work in local communities across Canada. Locally and nationally, our goal is the same: to create opportunities for a better life for everyone in our communities. Our Community Impact mission captures the essence of what we do: We improve lives and build community by engaging individuals and mobilizing collective action. Together, we:

- energize and inspire volunteerism and volunteer leadership
