SATURDAY FEBRUARY 1st, 2014
Race will begin at 8am at the Lakewood Ranch YMCA and the kid’s dashes begin at 7:30am.
Race will run through Rosedale Golf and Country Club. Prizes will be awarded for overall male and female winners as well as male and female master’s winners. Age-group awards will be given three deep in male and female age groups. Race entry includes post-race pancake breakfast for all runners (wristbands for breakfast may be purchased for spectators).
First 300 registered participants will receive gender-specific performance shirts. Packet pick-up will take place at th Lakewood Ranch YMCA health and wellness expo on Thursday, January 30th from 5-8pm.
Register by January 10th for a discounted race of $25.00 for the 5K, and $10.00 for the kid’s dashes. Prices increase to $30.00 for 5K and $15 for kid’s dashes until January 30th. Race day registration will be $35.00 for 5k and $20.00 for kid’s dashes. Food wristbands will be available for sale for $5.00.

Where Does The Money Raised Go?
This special day has been designed to help us raise money for the benefit of children, families, and seniors who would not otherwise be able to afford opportunities such as swim lessons, youth sports, recreation, before and after school programs, day camp/summer camp, fitness classes, the opportunity for older adults to be healthy, active and connected to their community, and much more.
Your sponsorship is truly an investment in the quality of life for others. Each year, the Manatee County YMCA provides more than 1200 scholarships to individuals and families. It is a tax deductible donation for you and/or your business.
Where and when will I pick up my race packet?
Race packet pick up will be Thursday, January 29th at the Lakewood Ranch YMCA, 5100 Lakewood Ranch Blvd., Bradenton, FL at our 1st annual health expo.
If my family and friends who are not running the race partake in the pancake breakfast?
Yes, your friends and family can purchase a food wristband for $5.00 under the "Swag & Merchandise" section of Race Roster or at the Lakewood Ranch YMCA the day of the race.
