Toronto Parkinson SuperHero 5K

This year we’re bringing you a new and improved 5K Run

Join us at Earl Bales Park (Bathurst and Sheppard), September 7th, in conjunction with Parkinson SuperWalk 2014!

Some of the highlights:

• Participants are encouraged to run the course dressed as their favourite SuperHero as part of our Everyday Heroes theme for 2014. Prizes will be awarded for best costume, best costume racer time, best team costume, and more.
• Your $35 Registration Fee includes great race kits including a technical shirt, finisher’s medal and more.
• Registration is free for 2013 Parkinson SuperWalk participants (contact jon.collins@parkinson.ca for details).
• No traffic, beautiful park setting with free parking
• Accurate route and timing - Show us your inner SuperHero and set a personal best!
• Enjoy lunch provided by Subway® Restaurants
• Raise $150 and have your $35 run entry fee refunded (note that there is no registration fee for Parkinson SuperWalk walker registration)

Race Kit Pickup

Will take place on race day from 930-1030.

• 930: Registration and Fundraising Honouring
• 930-1045: SuperHero photos, Parkinson SuperWalk family fair
• 1045: Overall event opening ceremonies
• 1055: 5k Run Begins (late starts are not permitted)
• Following the run: Enjoy lunch provided by Subway® Restaurants

Run Route

Our challenging, exhilarating 5K is sure to bring out the best in you. Channel your inner SuperHero as you complete the course in a scenic Toronto park featuring challenging hills including a 100 foot elevation change to finish (approximate).
