The 30th running is Sunday August 10 2014 and will include a 1.5K swim in Healy s Pond, two loops around Windsor Lake for 46K on bike, and a 10K run through trails and along Bennet s Road. Sprint distance is half the Olympic distance.

In order to participate in this event, each participant must be a paid member of Triathlon Newfoundland and Labrador for the current year. TriNL Membership is available at http://www.trinl.com.
Team Option
A TEAM option is available for teams of 2 or 3 athletes in the Olympic distance, if you re not up to all 3 legs. Each team should assign a Team Captain who will register and pay for the entire team.
