Stay active and stay warm this winter with the YMCA Winter Walk Run Series: Jingle Bell, New Year's Resolution and the Valentine's Heart Throb. These events are a great way to keep up your running through the cold winter months.

Packet Pickup
Thursday: (12/4) 11:30-12:30pm at La Crosse Y
Friday: (12/5, 1/9, 2/13) 4-6pm at Y-North (Onalaska)
Race Day: 7-8am Y-North (Onalaska)
Awards
Running gear and prizes given to the top 3 male and female finishers overall in the 5 mile run and 5K run for each event. Age group ribbons will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finisher in each age group for each event.
Treadmill Option
Do you want to participate, but get nervous about being active in the outdoors during winter?
Participants that choose the treadmill option will record their times in the wellness center and be entered in a drawing for prizes. Each participant that improves their time over the 3 runs will also get a prize. Participants can complete their event distances any time within a week of the actual scheduled event. Indoor Treadmill Option entry fees are the same as regular event fees.
