TEAM ISABELLA unites again, riding their hearts out to raise money for the amazing Sick Kids! A place known all to well by our family - the hospital that, who just under went her 3rd open heart surgery, successfully!!!!!! She shows us every day just how much we have to be grateful for! She truly is my inspiration and the reason I hope you will support my fundraisining efforts... help me ride my heart out in honour of this amazing little girl, I am blessed to call my niece! With much love and gratitude!!!
