Our story…
Families, friends, supporters, and those living with mood disorders support the A-Team and MHA's work in Delaware. One in fourA mericans experience mental illness in a given year. There are over 100,000 Delawareans of all ages who experience mental illnesses.
The A-Team looks to:
*Encourage Activity - Encourage physical activity which has been shown to improve the symptoms of depression
*Advocate to reduce stigma and increase understanding
*Increase Awareness by welcoming new members and reaching out to the community
