Super Guadalupe River Run 2015

For runners registered before January 24th at 3:00pm, bibs will be available for pick up at the Guadalupe River Park & Gardens Visitor & Education Center (438 Coleman Ave, SJ 95110) from noon to 6:00pm on Wednesday, January 28th and 9:00am to 6:00pm Thursday and Friday, January 29th and 30th.

Bibs will also be available on race day from 7:30am to start time.

1K participants will receive their bibs prior to the start time on race day.

For $10 per child, you can leave your kid(s) with us while you run the 10K or 5K; they must be picked up by 10:30 am. Children must be potty-trained. You must sign up and pay in advance so that we have enough supervision on site that day. Email childcare@grpg.org if you're interested.

Winners in the following categories will receive a Conservancy Pint Glass and recognition in the Guadalupe River Park Conservancy Newsletter, this website, and the SVE (timing) website:

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place

What do finishers receive?

5K and 10K finishers will receive a commemorative tech shirt and medal. Shirts are available in sizes XS, S, M, L, and XL.

1K finishers will receive a commemorative ribbon.

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, strollers are welcome; we ask that participants with strollers start toward the back.

Can I run the 1K with my child?

Yes

Where does the 1K start?

The 1K, 5K, and 10K all start and finish just east of the Visitor & Education Center at 438 Coleman Ave.

Is there a minimum age requirement for the 5K or 10K?

No; participation is up to the parent/guardian's discretion.

When is childcare available? What will my children be doing?

Childcare is available beginning at 8:30am. Our education staff will engage your children with educational activities. All children must be picked up by 10:30am and must be potty-trained. The fee is $10 per child and pre-registration is required; please e-mail childcare@grpg.org if interested.
