Up to the challenge of getting dirty? You’ve come to the right place! Welcome to the 3rd Annual Mississippi Mud Mania Run. Be the first to get down and dirty with us and participate in an event that’s fun for the whole family and is sure to become an epic tradition!

The Quincy Family YMCA in Quincy, IL is proud to present the Third Annual Mississippi Mud Mania Run. The obstacle course is open to Individuals, groups and organizations and is sure to challenge and thrill participants. Challenge yourself, get a group together and make it a team effort, feel good and get a little dirty. Register now to make sure you get a spot!

Proceeds from the event will support a wide variety of youth development programs at the Quincy YMCA that encourage healthy living.

The Course

Obstacles

  • Completion of all Mississippi Mud Mania Run obstacles may be hazardous.  It is the responsibility of the participant to go around an obstacle if they are unable to complete it.
  • Course officials are stationed at every obstacle for participant safety.
  • It is the responsibility of the participant to notify course officials if the participant feels their safety is in danger or they are injured.

Training

It’s time to train!  Join a YMCA fitness class such as boot camp, suspension training or hire one of our personal trainers to get you race ready by June 13th!  Check out the Quincy Family YMCA website at www.quincyymca.net for more information on classes and personal trainers.
