JOIN US for the Haunted Halloween Obstacle Run at Shale Hill Adventure Farm in Benson, VT with over 60 obstacles and challenges to get your SPOOK ON as you dash through the woods evading the GREAT PUMPKIN! Or, perhaps the headless horseman....oooooooo.....BOO! Capes not permitted on course, but feel free to wear them for picture opportunities before or after the race. 2 heats: 5:00pm and 5:15pm only. Chase down the ghosts, pick up candy along the way and have a great time! Headlamps suggested as it gets close to dark!
Join us for an after-party bonfire and Pot-Luck supper. Please contact Jill or Rob at shalehilladventure@aol.com to let us know what you can bring (plan on making enough for 20 people). Spectators are FREE and can join in as long as they bring a dish to pass! BYOB by the campfire! And make sure you bring a change of "costume" and shoes for apres-race! Finisher medals and T-shirts for all participants! Great local prizes for Men's, Women's and Master's (50+)! And a prize for BEST COSTUME!

NEW THIS YEAR - JOURNEYMAN DIVISION - Sign up to run our course without the fear of doing penalties for failed obstacles! However, skipping obstacles is not allowed. You must give them all an honest attempt before moving on. NOTE: This division is not eligible for prizes.
FOR THIS RACE, YOU MUST BE 12 Y.O. minimum to participate with parent/legal guardian's permission and signature on waiver form upon arrival/registration.
** NO DOGS PERMITTED ** Kindly leave your dog at home :-) We have a dog, we love dogs, but for liability reasons, we cannot permit visiting dogs on the property. Thank you for your cooperation.
