Welcome to the 4th Annual
Iron Hawk Duathlon & 5K Run
The Iron Hawk Duathlon and 5K Run is the
culmination of the Iron Hawk campaign at Harrow District High School.
The Iron Hawk campaign promotes mental health through the
participation in various activites including
yoga, zumba, meditation, running, biking and self-defence.
All proceeds from this event will be donated to
the United Way of Windsor-Essex and
the Soaring Hawk Fund at Harrow District High School.

Late Registration
Late registration is avaialble in person at the Harrow Soccer Complex on Saturday 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM.
Race t-shirts will be available will supplies last.

Top 3 Male and Female Sprint Duathlon finishers will recieve prizes. Top Male and Female Do-A-Du and 5K finisher will receive a prize.
Top 3 Do-A-Du Relay teams will also recieve prizes.
Additionally, the top finisher in each age catagory, male and female, will be recognized.
19 & Under, 20 - 24, 25 - 29, 30 - 34, 35 - 39, 4es.
