My Story…
I am walking and volunteering on the organizing committee for this event in memory of my dad, Robert Carson, who died in 2013 due to complications of an autoimmune brain disease. Since this time, I have met many other individuals living with or healing after a brain injury. I continue to be inspired by my dad and by the people I have met since, including Robert Wein who started this walk. My dad would have liked him.
