SMGH Colour Run/Walk to Raise Funds for Local Breast Cancer Services!
The SMGH Colour Run for Health 10K | 5K | 3K will take place on Sunday June 7th, 2015 at Strathroy Middlesex General Hospital. This year all proceeds will support the Breast Assessment Program at SMGH.
Cross the finish line with a burst of colour in honour of a loved one touched by breast cancer by writing their name on your race bib and help us make a difference in the lives of patients at SMGH.

Event Details
- Each mile-marker will have a 'colour station' where volunteers will douse participants with a different coloured powder.
- Note: participants will have the option to detour these stations if they do not wish to be covered in the coloured powder.
- This event will not provide individual chip-timing, however there will be a large display clock timer at the finish line.
TIPS:
- Although the coloured powder is not intended to stain clothing, it may be difficult to remove from sneakers.
- The coloured powder is non-toxic but it is recommended that you keep out of eyes and mouth (we will provide each participant with sunglasses and a mouth/nose mask)
