You’re a runner. You run outside just about all the time. You’ve run some races. You own at least one timing device that works. You may even have a subscription to a running magazine. But you’ve never had a coach and you’ve got questions that a coach can answer.
You need Run Nova Scotia’s Running Camp!
Over two days you’ll have the opportunity to learn from experts in their fields and ask them the questions that you’ve been saving up for years. You’ll also have the chance to work out with some of Nova Scotia’s best coaches. You’ll come away from this camp reinvigorated and better prepared to get into your 2015 training!
