Dr. Kelly Ludwig
Who was Kelly? He was many things: Orland Park resident; Providence graduate; State Champion wrestler. He was a Science teacher at Lincolnway, and a Department Chair at Lincolnway and VJA. He was VJA’s Associate Principal from 2006 to 2008. He was a husband, father, a great friend to many, and a mentor to all. Kelly passed away suddenly, from heart failure, on June 7th, 2008. He was 46.
Kelly loved laughter, loved helping others, and most of all, loved teaching. He really cared about students. Every year, scholarships are awarded in his name to VJA and Providence students with B-averages who are pursuing science-based studies. The Victor J. Andrew Wellness Committee is proud to support this fund.
