C’mon & get your BOOGIE ON!
Shake off the bell bottoms or shimmy into the hot pants! All runners and walkers are invited to this fabulously funky event in support of the Canadian Diabetes Association. All participants will receive a swag bag full of goodies - including a groovy sweat band, a super fab finisher’s medal, plus mocktails and munchies at the finish line.
Awards will be presented to the top 3 costumes -- plus lots of other prizes and give-aways.
RSVP online, and then dress up and show up for a groovy 6 o’click affair – that’s a 6km run/walk, with a 6 o’clock p.m. start time! The route is an out-and-back along the relatively level and picturesque Trans Canada Trail.
Disco ball, paparazzi, music – this is an event that you DON’T want to miss! All proceeds to the Canadian Diabetes Association.
Event is CAPPED at 250 participants.
