The 25th annual Great Pumpkin Run is sponsored by Home Life, Inc and Calapooia Brewing Co. Home Life is a local nonprofit and has provided residential and support services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities for 43 years. Proceeds from this event directly benefit those we support.

At our event we have a 10k run, 5k run/walk, and a 1k fun run. And, in celebration of our 25th year, we are also doing a costume contest this year and finisher medals for all participants! So get ready for a fun filled event with food, beer, a raffle, and music!

On the day of the run, ask a run official how you can support Home Life through volunteering or donating. Enjoy the run!

Race Day Information

  • Registration and packet pickup is also available on the day of the race.

  • T-shirts are available on race day for $15.

  • Registrants 21 and older get a free beer - bring ID.

  • Additional beer will be available for sale - bring ID.


We now accept credit and debit cards the day of the event!

Strollers will be allowed on the course.

No dogs, roller skates, blades, boards, or bicycles will be allowed on the course during the run.

No vendors or solicitors.

This year we will be adding a costume contest to our already fun filled race, hooray! So dress up and get ready for some fun!
