2015 Shark Swim
500 m, 1 mile, and 2 Mile Open Water Swims
and
1/2 mile SUP event
The 500m swim is for 12 and under age groups
The Shark Swim is an open water swimming and paddleboard event to be held in Mackerel Cove off on Woodbury Beach in beautiful, historic Lynch Park. This will be the second year of this event. This year, a 1/2 mile paddleboard event will be included.
Proceeds will go to support the deployment of acoustic receiver buoys off of the north shore of Massachsetts by the Atlantic White Shark Conservancy (AWSC). AWSC is a non-profit which supports research on Great White Sharks in the Western North Atlantic, and primarily off of the coast of Massachusetts
We cannot guarantee a t-shirt if you register after 9/5/2015.
