My Story…
Hi everyone, a very good friend and avid cyclist Evan Siddall was recently diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease. Rather than letting this setback slow him down, Evan and his wife Garnet have organized an excellent fundraising event to raise money for Parkinson's research and support the joint work of the Davis Phinney Foundation and ParkinGo Wellness Society. The event is the Growling Beaver Brevet in Collingwood, ON, and it will be held on October 3rd. The event is being run with 40k, 100k and 200k distances, and I will be riding the 200k distance. This is a truly great cause, and your support helping me raise money for this cause would be greatly appreciated!! Donations are tax deductible as well, so please pledge whatever you can.
