BIST Heroes 5K Run Walk & Roll

Calling all heroes of brain injury. Break out your capes and step up to the starting line!

Whether you are a survivor, family member, caregiver, healthcare or legal professional, you are a hero of brain injury.

Form your own "Super Hero Squad" - Capes, masks, wings and super powers are encouraged. Bring your family, friends and co-workers for a fun filled morning to support a great cause.

All the funds raised will go towards some of BIST's new initiatives including our concussion support program, print and online brain injury resources and more programs for those living with the effects of brain injury.

Make sure you create your own pledge page and help raise funds to support BIST's programs and services.

Donations of $20 or more will receive a tax receipt by mail.

You can also use the attached BIST 5K Fundraising Form 2015 to raise funds on behalf of BIST. Please bring your completed pledge form and fundraising total to the registration desk on the day of the event. If you will not be in attendance on race day, please call 416-830-1485 to make other arrangements.

***Survivor members of BIST can cover their registration fee through fundraising. Send your name, address, telephone number, age, whether you will be running or walking, and your shirt size (S,M,L and XL) to info@bist.ca as soon as possible to register and secure your spot. Then simply print the attached Fundraising Form and begin collecting pledges.***
