Butteville Elementary School is known as the ART School here in Siskiyou County. We pride ourselves on giving students the opportunities to participate in several art programs that are offered at our school. In order to continue these programs our PTO organizes several event fundraisers throughout the school year. This year we will host our first Run/Walk event. We are very excited to bring people and families together to celebrate health and fitness as well as giving Butteville students the opportunites to have Art programs at our school. The events will include a 1mi. Kid Fun Run, A 5k Run/Walk, and a 10k Race. Please come and show your support for art in education by participating in this fundraising event.

You can also turn in your registration at Butteville Elementary during regular school hours or events. Forms are available after 8/27/15 at school, on facebook, or send an email request to buttevillepto@gmail.com.
Awards
All kids will receive a medal at the finish of each race.
We will award the overall male and female winners of each race as well as first, second, and third in each age category.
1 Mile Kids Race Categories include 0-5, 6-7, 8-9, 10-11, 12-14 male and female.
5k Run Categories include 0-9, 10-12, 13-15, 16-19, 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's.
10k Run Categories include 0-12, 13-19, 20's, 30's, 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's, 80's.
Race Packets and Parking
Race packets will be available for pick up at Butteville Elementary School on September 25 from 12:30p.m.-3:00p.m., and at Hoy Park on September 27 (day of race) from 7:00a.m. -9:30a.m.
Parking next to Hoy Park will be limited to Autumn Drive and Lakeside Drive. Once the races begin at 8:30am, vehicles must enter Hoy Park from Rancho Road and Autumn Drive for the safety of runners.
BBQ Picnic
Butteville PTO will also be offering a BBQ lunch to enjoy while the race results are being counted.
All proceeds will go towards Butteville Elementary School Art programs.
