DONT MISS BOULDER COUNTY'S LARGEST HOLIDAY RACE & HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL
The 5th Annual MonsterDASH 5k Fun Run/10k Race and kids races draws hundreds of families from around the area to celebrate the Halloween Holiday in Old Town Louisville. the Festival opens at 1:00pm with pumpkin painting, pumpkin bowling, jumpy castles, demos, sampling and costume contests...and new Pumpkin Pie Eating Contest.
The 5k Fun Run/10k Races start at 3:00pm...and runs on the Coal Creek Trails.
5k Fun Run- prizes to the top 5 Male/Female Runners
10k Race- Prizes for Top 3 in each age division.
The 3 kids races begin at 4:15pm witjh 3 different distances to choose from (1/2M, 1/4M, and the Spooky Sprint (75 yrd dash for walkers-2 yr olds) Over 500 kids came out in costume last year and we expect more this year
Day of registration and Packet Pick Up will end at 2:45 so get there early!
DRACULA is the theme this year...all 10k/5k finishers receive a etched wine glass full of blood (red PowerADE)...while the kids get a dracula gift at the finish line.
We look forward to our largest Festival and Event ever....Come Early...Come in Costume. 5k/10k start at 3:00pm, and all kids races will start about 4:15-4:30pm. Costume contest at 5:00pm, Post Party festivites to receive your free Beer or Drink wil be on the rooftop of the MAdera Grill on Main Street
All adult runners receive a shirt, ghoolie bag, raffle ticket, hot dog, chips, boulder soup and a beer/Vuka Energy or Monster Energy. (kids get a Sneakz Chocolate Milk)
Strollers are allowed in both races.

Kids Races
Kids Races: Beginning about 4:15pm...kids can choose to run the 1 Mile, 1/2 Mile 1/4 Mile or Kids Spoky Sprint (100 yards)once you arrive! Announcements wil be made before each race All races just $15 for kids 2-13... Note: Parents may run with kids (parents, no charge)Kids will receive: Kids Ghoolie Bag, Pumpkin (first 600), glow stick, Hot dog and chips, chocolate milk and Dracula Finisher Fangs.
(no shirt included for kids, available for purchase)
Costume Contests: Begins about 5:00pm and will have best Original, Creative, Kids under 5 and "Family" categories.
Trick-or-Treating- From 5:00pm-6:00pm 15 different businesses and store will be participating in the kids trick-or-treat program. Please look for the MonsterDASH Flyer in the window to see if they are participating.
Post Party: Located on the roof top deck of Madera Grill on Main Street, begins at 4:00pm and ends at 7:00pm. Adult runners will receive a FREE BEER (with bib) and kids will receive a milk or soft drink. All runners receive 15% off any food/drink bill.
