You'll need 4 people to make a team; each person runs 4.464 miles.
The start / finish is at Sunset Blvd & Lake Merced Blvd.

Rules
Each team member runs only one 4.464 mile leg. It is okay to run a leg on more than one team, but only one leg on each team. Women may compete in any of the men’s divisions. Team members within the same division may be changed after registration, but division changes must be made at registration.
Couples division is two male and two female. Family division must have a minimum of 3 directly related participants.
Race day registration is $96 per team (no shirts, but there will be some for sale).
Prefer to pay with check? You can pay with check until December 12th. After the 12th online payments only. Enter "Check" as a promo code. Mail the entry fee check to "West Valley Track Club" c/o 1433 Norman Dr, Sunnyvale, CA 94087. It must be received by the 18th, otherwise the late fee price applies. If paying by check, do not select shirts during online registration. If you want shirts add the $12 per shirt cost to the total registration and send email to marc@marclundcpa.com to indicate the number of shirts you are sending a check for.
