Fundraising
5K to Support Our Georgia Police Officers & First Responders!
Prostate Cancer will effect 1 out of every 7 men in Georgia.
Georgia ranks #4 in the country for deaths from prostate cancer.
Our Georgia police officers and firefighters are not getting screened for prostate cancer during their annual physicals.....the Georgia Prostate Cancer Coalition has created a program that will be offering free prostate cancer screening to our public safety workers.
The 5,000 Me's4Mo's will help fund free these screenings but we need your support as well!
Help save our First Responders from this fatal disease by signing up for the 5K, creating a fundraising page and donating to support GPCC! Better yet, please create a team and invite your friends, family and co-workers to join your efforts for a beautiful pre-Thanksgiving run/walk in the park.
Awards/Raffle
We'll have age group awards for 5K winners; 3 deep for every 10 years, as well as raffle prizes for all participants.

What is 5,000 Me’s 4 Mo’s?
Me’s= Meters; or people who support Mo’s.
Mo’s= Moustaches; or people who grow or wear moustaches.
So basically 5,000 Me’s 4 Mo’s is running or walking our 5K to show your support for one of the most important health issue that men face; prostate cancer.
By walking, jogging or running 5,000 meters you are supporting Georgia Prostate Cancer Coalition who’s Mission is: To build awareness, and provide education and offer free prostate cancer screening for men in Georgia.
In addition to physically supporting GPCC we are also asking for your financial support to help us fund more health screenings for low-income and uninsured men, cancer support groups and men’s health advocacy.
We encourage you to ask your family, friends and coworkers in helping you to reach your Max Mo’ness! We can’t do it alone either and that’s we’re asking you for your help too!
