FLOW R3 (RINON RAINFOREST RUN) is a 4K Trail Run in Rincon Las Cuevas which will kick off on 29th October 2016 from 8 am. The Run can provide participants with fun and fitness as it is ideal for the newcomer as well as the veteran runner. A run to promote the philosophy of healthy lifestyles through engagement of physical exercise and adventure nature trails, FLOW R3 will also bring awareness to the environment as after participants run the 4 K trail through the lush forest landscape they will have to plant a seedling in celebration of nature, their contribution to environmental sustainability.
