Dash for Doc 5K

Join us for the
DASH 4 DOC 5K in Friendship Park


THIS YEAR - we will be at First Baptist Church in Columbia from 5 - 7 pm Friday night, November 4th to pass out race packets for those pre-registered. We will also allow you to register Friday night if you haven't done so already.

Race day registration and packet pick up for pre-registered participants will begin at 6:30 a.m. and WILL END at 7:30 a.m. Saturday, November 5th. Because of this being a timed event - if you would like to be in our timing system - we will need you to be registered by 7:30 a.m. to guarantee you'll be in our system!!

We will have a welcome and say a few words - and the 5K race will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.

KID'S DASH INFORMATION: There is no need to register for the fun run, but we will be doing PRE-ORDERs for t-shirts for $15. Complete the registration form and indicate T-SHIRT ONLY, and t-shirt size! The FUN RUN will take place on the walking track at Friendship Park..

The Fun Run is FREE and a non-timed event. If you would like to purchase a t-shirt, that option is available. After 10/26/16 t-shirts will be available only on a first-come/first-serve basis.

Race Day

Awards: $100 CASH AWARD to OVERALL MALE/FEMALE. Age group awards given to top two males and females in each division. Divisions: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 and over

Post Event Activities: SEVERAL CASH DRAWINGS TOTALLING $500 – must be a race participant and must be present to win! Refreshments, Door Prizes, and Awards immediately following event.

The 5K Race is a timed event provided by DIVA TIMING
